Spinach Strawberry Salad

2 bunches organic spinach, rinsed  < LINK >
4 c sliced organic strawberries
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c Bragg apple cider vinegar
1/2 c organic red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 c honey (optional)

1.  In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, onion and strawberries.
2.  In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.  Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.  Serve as a side salad, appetizer or top with grilled chicken to make a complete meal.  Delish!
