  6. Hi Nancy! It’s coming! I’m putting the finishing touches on my Mother’s Day Menu Planner e-book. Hope to have it published and ready for download on Monday! I had to perfect a part of my recipe for Lemon Poppy Seed Cake. Added a Raspberry Curd instead of lemon curd. It will be worth the wait! Salmon recipe will be included. You will LOVE these menu options! :)
