Hi guys!  Dave and I just enjoyed this tasty smoothie after a morning workout.  Delicious!  If you’ve never yet tried kale blended in your smoothie, seriously give it a try!  You can’t even taste it!
Enjoy! :)

  4. Thank you, Nisrine! Blessed 2011 to you as well! I see you live in Orlando?? Well, we are almost there! 3 hours left to drive tomorrow and we’ll be living in Orlando for about 6 months. Care to meet up at all? We don’t know anyone in the city… :) ~Elise

  5. What blender do you prefer?

  6. Hi Opie,

I don’t own one myself, but lived with a friend for 4 months who had a VitaMix. It was HEAVEN! I prefer a VitaMix if it’s in your budget. Otherwise, we use a KitchenAid blender we received as a wedding gift. Look for a glass pitcher vs plastic if you can..just another tip. Great question!

  7. I am trying to get the receipt for blueberry Kale Smoothie but it is not showing it for me. Can you please email it to me?
